Achievers Partners With Canadian Firm To Offer Job Practical Training For Aspiring Accountants

On 13th May, Achievers Professional trainers signed a memorandum to train accountants on practical skills in Uganda. Achievers is a network of experienced tutors offering a practical approach to professional accounting courses (CPA) in Uganda while Haystack is an online platform that provides practical, job-relevant training to accountants in East Africa. Haystack’s objective is to build a network of qualified accountants and link the accountants they develop to the employers who are looking for them.  The platform is managed by FinanceYOU International Inc. operating as Haystack Africa (“Haystack”), whose address is 254 Greenock Drive, Ontario, Canada, Both parties share a common mission of building capacity in the accounting industry in Uganda.

Haystack is launching the first cohort in  June 2019  Uganda in collaboration with Achievers Professional Trainers. It will start on 17 June 2019, with course completion on 7 September 2019. This cohort is limited to 30 students in Uganda, who will work through the African Accounting Academy as a group. The cost is only $40, payable in local currency (UGX 158,000).

Instruction from Pascal Ambrosino, Canadian CPA and founder of the African Accounting Academy. You’ll have access to him to ask questions, advice and clarifications throughout the 12 week program.

Weekly deadlines and group discussions, to keep you on track to complete by 7 September 2019.

Certificate of completion, once you pass the final assessment.

Upon graduation, access to job opportunities exclusively offered to AAA graduates for top students.

Make your payment by 14 June 2019. You can pay upfront or in two equal instalments, using mobile money or debit card. The first instalment is due before 14 June 2019 and the second is due by 31 July 2019. Remember, there are only 30 spots in the cohort, which will be granted on a first-come-first-serve basis.
